Pure synergy makes a person feel more alive and really supports health and well being. I have tried everything folks, this one is a keeper. Mitchell May is an amazing honorable healer and creator of these products, ethical and responsible from source to manufacture. My new favorite is Matcha Power! Gave me the giggles and I almost contemplated giving up coffee for it, before I realized I live in Seattle and it is our religion…so I added as an afternoon pick up and OMG! Wonderful feeling, no feeling of caffeine but just in love with the world, peaceful clarity…then again it could just be me? But believe it helped me finish the work for website launch. Try it!

Check out their web site for testimonials, but I have a boat load of people who addressed all sorts of issues with their product. I have given it to babies and dogs and it is safe and effective.
I prefer natural approaches as a first stop on the way to bodily, mentally, emotionally healing. But respect others choices. It is just what works best for me. So as I discover new things, and I am always trying the latest and greatest, if it withstands the test of time, I will pass on the info to others

Speaking of Yoga, the Hatha realm is served with beyond greatness by Sofia Diaz. After practicing with many lineages from a young age, I walked into her class after a year of grief and loss of many loved ones and began not only to heal, but to come home in my body like never before. Truly, greatness personified by her teaching, although I studied with her for about 9 years, we still never finished our conversation. I still hear her words in my head and I am bowed in gratitude for her love for me and practice she has given me. Worth a pilgrimage to Boulder Colorado, or any other place you can find her.
