3 Frogs swimming

Did you ever hear that little small voice in your heart and your head, and shook it off? Only to find out later that it mattered for you to listen. Maybe it was saying a proper goodbye to someone, or making that phone call, just in timeMost of us would have to answer yesand for most of my life I have attended to that voice for the really big things, but ignored it for what I considered silly or seemingly insignificant. However, today I was walking back from the Makena beach before dawn, when the little voice spoke up.

The moon was full and I had just come from an Ocean offering prayer, where I had to let go of something that I had bound in the past. Feeling at peace and knowing that it was complete I headed back to my hotel room to ready for 6:30 am yoga. As I passed by the hotel swimming pool, a little voice said stop and go look at the water. I hesitated, arguing a little, that I knew what the pool water looked like since I had stopped by it the night prior. Then I thought it cost me nothing to agree with the small still voice and I peeked over at the pool depths.

There, swimming madly was a frog who had obviously fallen in and could not navigate the foot height to jump out with no launch pad. I was afraid I was going to have to go in for him when he swam over and I scooped him out into my palm. I released him into the safe bushes. The voice insisted I go back and look again and sure enough another unfortunate swimmer was therein. I scooped up froggie number two and he was less frightened and struggling then the first guy (must be a frog mental telepathy at work) and I released him at the same frog number one locale. Again, I was prompted to go back, and seriously no other had been evident in the well-lit pool. But yes, frog number three, materialized, just as desperate. This guy seemed to know the drill, and swam from the middle of the pool, directly to me and I scooped him up and placed him among his family.

I walked back to the hotel, I felt a sense of happiness and peace at the result of a few minutes work on Mother Natures behalf. The thought occurred to me, about how many decisions we make that have consequences for others, as well as ourselves. So, listen up folks, the world can be found in whispers, and you too could be a hero to another!

What a beautiful reminder about the little voices(Angels) that whisper to us.
